Invex property

Invex real estate owns and operates 10 commercial properties in and around the Oslo area with close to 25.000m2 with plans to construct another 6.000m2. Invex also owns and operates three properties in Denmark and Spain. In Norway, Invex owns and develops a number of residential properties in around the Oslo area. Invex is in the process of zoning and developing another 25.000m2 of residential properties over the next 3 to 10 years as well as more than 2.200m2 of leisure properties (flats). The realization value of Invex properties will, when zoned and built, be will be closer to NOK 2 billion.
